Questions

Which stores can you monitor?

Any store with public product pages. Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace and custom storefronts are all fine. If a competitor site cannot be read reliably we tell you before you pay.

Is this allowed?

We read the same public product pages any shopper can see, at a polite rate, respecting robots directives. We never log into accounts or collect personal data.

Can I change competitors later?

Yes — reply to any weekly report with the new list. Up to 10 competitors are included; more can be quoted.

How do I pay and cancel?

Monthly invoice by ACH or wire (card coming soon). Cancel any time by replying "stop"; you keep every report already delivered.
